Rooms at ourBorobudurbed and breakfast

All of them are straightforward and comfortable rather than elaborate. Whether you are travelling as a couple, as friends sharing twin beds, or as a family who would rather not split a booking across two doors, there is a layout that fits, and every one of them sits inside the same quiet garden property near Borobudur.

Nothing here is decorative for its own sake. The house spends its attention on the things that matter after a long day in the heat: cool air, a shower that works, clean towels, a sofa to drop into, and a door that shuts out the road.

Double Room

One queen bed

Our most straightforward room for two, arranged around a single queen bed with a private bathroom and shower. Air conditioning, a TV and a sofa make it an easy place to slow down after a day among the temples, and the room is non-smoking like the rest of the property.

It suits couples who treat the room as a base rather than a destination: out early towards Borobudur or Mendut, back in the afternoon when the heat peaks, then out again into the garden once the light softens. Towels are provided and room service is available if you would rather eat where you are.

Double Room, twin layout

Two twin beds

The same room in a twin arrangement, with two separate beds. It suits friends, colleagues or family members who would rather not share a bed, and comes with the same private bathroom, shower, towels, air conditioning, TV and sofa.

Because the layout is otherwise identical, you lose nothing by choosing it: the same cool air in the afternoon, the same quiet at night, the same short walk out to breakfast in the morning.

Deluxe Queen Room

One queen bed

A slightly more generous take on the double room, again with one queen bed, a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a TV and a sofa. A good choice for a longer stay in the Borobudur area when you want a little more room to unpack and settle in properly.

Guests who stay three nights or more often move to this room for the simple reason that a suitcase, a camera bag and a pile of temple tickets need somewhere to live.

Family Room,two queen beds

Two queen beds in one room, which keeps a family together without splitting a booking across two doors or two corridors. Children of all ages are welcome at the property and there is no age restriction for check-in, though it is worth knowing that cribs and extra beds are not available and children aged twelve and above are charged as adults.

As with every other room, you will find a private bathroom with shower, towels, air conditioning, a TV and a sofa, in a non-smoking setting. The garden does the rest: space to run about before breakfast, shade to retreat into afterwards.

Pared back,same garden

Three pared-back options for travellers who spend their days out and only need a comfortable, cool room to come back to. They share the same confirmed features as every other room in the house: private bathroom, shower, towels, air conditioning, TV and sofa, all non-smoking.

The only real difference is the finish and the size. The garden, the breakfast and the welcome are exactly the same.

Budget Twin Room

Two twin beds

Two twin beds in a simple, well-kept room, suited to friends travelling together on a modest budget. The room carries the same private bathroom with shower, towels, air conditioning, TV and sofa as the rest of the house, and sits within the same garden.

Budget Double Room

One queen bed

One queen bed, everything you need and nothing you do not, for couples who plan to be out most of the day and only want a cool, quiet room to return to in the evening. Non-smoking, with a private bathroom and shower.

Economy Double Room

Two twin beds

Our most economical option, arranged with two twin beds and the same private bathroom and air conditioning as every other room. It is the sensible choice if your budget belongs to the temples, the guides and the road rather than the bed.
